Return/Exchange Policy

All Zori Days products sold at our official online store are thoughtfully designed for comfort and style. Each product page details the precise measurements of the produce variants at the description. However, if you are extremely unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you in finding the right product. We allow exchange of items within 5 days of receiving your order. Replacement should be equivalent to the price as or higher than the original item purchased; otherwise, refund for the price differences will automatically be converted into store credit. Items to be exchanged must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original packaging. NOTE: The customer will shoulder all shipping fees.

Damaged Items

Before delivery, each package goes through a rigorous Quality Assurance process. However there may be times when some products are damaged during shipment or incorrectlt packed. In such cases, we allow replacement with the exact same item (color and size) within 5 days of delivery. You may reach out to us at hello@zoridays.com or message us at any of our official social media pages to initiate the replacement process.

To be eligible for a replacement or exchange, purchased items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original packaging.
